During the adventure, you can control up to 15 different characters, each one with his own unique skills and personality, which will prove more or less useful depending on the mission you have before you; for example, you might not find it very useful to take a brainless thug to a negotiation.
The game's main campaign, which tells you the fascinating story of a family of mafia gangsters, lasts about fifteen hours. Apart from this main story, players can also choose to participate in multiplayer gangster wars in both cooperative and competitive mode. So basically, you can either ally your family with a friend’s family...or try to finish the family off.
Omerta: City of Gangsters is a very entertaining role-playing strategy game which, in spite of coming with slightly off graphics, offers a gameplay that is addictive enough to make you forget about this small detail.
The demo only includes two missions from the main campaign.
